Refund Policy – The Sage Collective

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at Connect@SageCollective.store with your order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and reason for return. We’ll provide the correct return address based on our fulfillment partner. Please do not send items to our Pittsburgh address unless instructed.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once processed by our fulfillment partner, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
